Request HUMAC​ Activation

To request a HUMAC Activation code complete the fields below including the two Registration Codes which appear at HUMAC Start-up. Upon receipt CSMi will generate and return an Activation Code by the next business day. The HUMAC Software will run for 90 days without an activation.

Serial Number Locations:

  • * HUMAC NORMTM – On the bottom right side of the frame below the CSMi or CYBEX logo
  • * HUMAC Balance – On the underside of the balance board
  • * HUMAC Biodex – On the back of the computer cart, near the bottom
